Cancellation Policy
In order to minimize disruption to our schedules, we require minimum 24 hour notice to change, cancel and/or reschedule appointments.
Please be aware that when booking an appointment on the same day, it is considered set.
Cancellations or No-Show within the 24 hour period will be charged 100% per scheduled service. By booking an appointment with Massage Healthy Spa, you are agreeing to this policy.
As a busy, establishment, we often turn away clients or have people wait-listed. As such, we appreciate your courtesy and understanding in a giving advance notice for changes and in respecting our hard working Staff’s valuable time. Thank you!
Please note: Arrving late may result in a shortened session time as a courtesy to our next guest and scheduled appointment. As always, we will do our very best to accommodate you in this regard when life happens.
